Poised to reshape Mumbai’s real estate sector, B-Rite Real Estate Group has unveiled its Vision 2033. The group has shared a roadmap to develop approximately 4.7 lakh square feet of real estate in Mumbai by 2033. The company’s future expansion will be Mumbai-centric, with redevelopment and SRA projects being the primary drivers of growth.

Founded in 2007, B-Rite has made financial discipline, good governance, transparency, technology, and community-centered development key priorities of its vision. Sanjay Nathlal Shah, founder, chairman, and managing director of the group, said, “Redevelopment is not just about replacing old buildings with new ones, but about creating safer homes, stronger communities, and better neighborhoods.” His son, Rudra Shah, has also played an increasing role in the business, focusing primarily on project execution and technology.

The group’s upcoming projects include Grandeur (Mulund West), Shivaji Nagar (Borivali West), Sky 54 (Malad East), Ultra City (Goregaon West), and Godavari (Chembur). Sky 54 is the flagship SRA project spanning approximately 6.5 lakh square feet. Through Vision 2033, B-Rite reiterates its commitment to sustainable and community-centric urban development in Mumbai.
