Kusumgar Limited has set a price band of ₹398 to ₹419 per equity share for its IPO. This is a ₹650 crore offer for sale, which will be open from July 8 to July 10, 2026. Investors must apply for a minimum of 35 shares. Shares worth ₹3.5 crore have been reserved for employees, and they will also receive a discount of ₹39 per share.
In FY2026, the company’s operating revenue increased to ₹692 crore and net profit to ₹98.2 crore, reflecting the strength of its business. Established in 1990, Kusumgar Limited has established a strong presence in the synthetic engineered fabric sector. Its products are used in sectors such as aerospace, defense, automotive, industrial, and outdoor lifestyle. With six units in Gujarat and one in Uttar Pradesh, the company boasts a fully integrated manufacturing capability, from yarn manufacturing to coating, lamination, and fabrication.
