Avaada Group, one of India’s leading integrated energy transition groups, has unveiled a unique public artwork titled ‘Solar in Full Bloom’ at the main intersection connecting Juhu Garden and Link Road in Mumbai. Created by renowned artist Sangeeta Babani, the artwork was inaugurated in the presence of Maharashtra’s Information Technology and Cultural Affairs Minister Ashish Shelar and senior actor-director Anupam Kher, Mumbai Municipal Corporation corporator Hetal Gala and Avaada Group Vice President Sindoor Mittal.
Based on the innovative potential of solar energy, this artwork symbolizes citizens’ collective responsibility for clean energy, urban living, and a sustainable future. It is a prime example of how environmental protection can go beyond infrastructure and become part of a mass movement.
Speaking on the occasion, Ms. Sindoor Mittal, Vice President, Avaada Group, said, “We believe that sustainability shouldn’t be limited to technology and infrastructure, but should become part of the social and cultural fabric of our cities. This public artwork will help spark conversations among citizens about nature, clean energy, and our collective future. Events like these will increase environmental awareness and strengthen the sense of sustainability within communities.”
The Avaada Group previously organized the “Avaada Bharat Uday Yatra” to promote green energy across the country. Now installed in the central area of Mumbai, this artwork is not only adding beauty but also serving as a national message, inspiring every citizen to adopt an environmentally friendly lifestyle.
