When Mumbai mornings begin to speak with music, and the melody reaches the heart, you know the atmosphere is special. This feeling was further deepened during the closing week of Malad Masti, when singer Danish Sabri took the audience on a spiritual musical journey with his new Sufi song. The presence of renowned composer-singer Sharib-Toshi on the same stage and the release of their new song gave this community festival a memorable musical identity.
The much-anticipated four-week long community festival, Malad Masti, concluded with a grand finale. MLA Aslam Shaikh, the driving force behind the event, expressed his gratitude to the large turnout, saying that the enthusiasm of families and young people early in the morning was the event’s greatest strength. He especially commended the citizens who consistently attended to promote fitness, cultural activities, and community cohesion.
The active participation of several schools in the event made Malad Masti a powerful platform for the youth. Every morning was filled with energy, discipline, and positivity.
The presence of Bigg Boss fame Naira Banerjee, Farhana Bhatt, Baseer Ali, singers Vipin Aneja and Shahbaz Badshah added to the festivities. Baseer Ali described it as a family-connecting event, while Naira Banerjee created a special connection with the audience by promoting her upcoming film.
Kishan Jain of Gold Medal Company and Yogesh Lakhani of Bright Outdoors were instrumental in the successful event. Mahesh Rao of Mashraw Events efficiently managed the event, ensuring it ran smoothly despite the large crowd.
After this spectacular four-week journey, the organisers announced that Malad Masti will return next year with its 10th edition on an even bigger scale.
