Now NAAC Packaging will take a new flight through IPO

NAC Packaging Limited, a rapidly emerging player in India’s packaging sector, is now embarking on a new venture in the capital markets. The company’s highly anticipated IPO is scheduled to open on July 1, 2026, with a price band of ₹161 to ₹170 per equity share. The issue, which will remain open until July 3, will provide investors with an opportunity to participate in a company that has distinguished itself through innovation, exports, and sustainable packaging solutions.

We don’t just make packaging products, we develop solutions that protect our customers’ brand value.” This philosophy is what makes NAC Packaging unique in the industry. The Gujarat-based company is currently among the country’s leading flexible packaging companies with an installed capacity of 43,300 metric tons per annum.

A brand’s identity is built not only on its product but also on its packaging, and with this philosophy, NAC Packaging has expanded its presence to 71 countries today. Financial performance also reinforces the company’s growth story. Operating revenues of ₹654.56 crore in FY2024 increased to ₹823.43 crore in FY2026. Net profit increased from ₹45.98 crore to ₹92.72 crore, representing an impressive growth of approximately 42% CAGR. The EBITDA margin, which increased from 15.38% to 20.42%, also underscores the company’s operational efficiency. Therefore, NAC Packaging’s IPO is not just a public offering, but an investment opportunity in India’s growing packaging economy and global expansion story.
