The arrival of the Sai Baba Peace Torch in Tapah, Malaysia, went beyond a spiritual event to become an emotional experience of humanity, peace, and brotherhood. More than 500 devotees participated in the Shirdi Sai Baba Peace Foundation event. The presence of Indian Deputy High Commissioner Hitesh Rajpal and Malaysian Minister Dato’ Sivakrishnan Sivaram made the event special.
As the Peace Torch reached the devotees, many reached out to touch and hold it. Tears were visible in the eyes of some devotees. This scene symbolized that the language of peace transcends all boundaries.
Foundation head Aushim Khetarpal (Aushimji) said, “This torch does not belong to any one religion or country, but to all of humanity. We are human beings first and foremost.” He added, “Peace is not just an idea, but a feeling. Humanity needs no passport, no religion, and no language.” This Peace Torch, moving forward with the spirit of ‘Spirituality is Humanity,’ also carries the message of India-Malaysia’s spiritual and cultural friendship.
